NOTE: If Application & Registration Fee is paid by August 15, 2018 there is a 50% discount on Registration FEE.

Completed Application can be downloaded off the website. $35.00
Registration FEE: $200.O0 – 50% discount if paid by August 15, 2018
Total: Due on August 15, 2018 for $135.00
If Paid September 10, 2018 when classes begin total will be $235.00 for Registration Fee and Application FEE
